What the site does
Taste South Afrika is a static website. It does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use local storage to identify you between visits. That is why you are not asked to accept a cookie banner — there is nothing to accept.
Third parties
Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts. That request is handled by Google under its own policies. Fonts can be self-hosted to remove it entirely.
Each restaurant spotlight page shows the restaurant's location on an embedded Google Map. The map is served by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy. The map only loads on those three pages, and only when it scrolls into view.
If this changes
If analytics, a booking widget or any other third-party service is added later, this page will be updated first and appropriate consent will be requested before anything non-essential is set.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect this site.
